As a national organisation, the Institute holds offices in every state and territory across the country. Every Chapter represents the Institute’s values, mission and vision in their locality and takes the responsibility of delivering the organisation’s 2019 activities and services to all relevant stakeholders.

The Australian Institute of Architects acknowledges First Nations peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the lands, waters, and skies of the continent now called Australia.
